July 16-19, Channel Islands Harbor, Oxnard. Yachts, schooners, frigates, skiffs and barges abound at the county’s number-1 in-water boat show. The maritime extravaganza is filled with over 100 land trailer boats, personal watercraft and 100 exhibitor displays. Noon-7 p.m. July 16-17, 10 a.m.-7 p.m. July 18, and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. July 19. venturaboatshow.com

Mrs. Dockside Takes Clients On The Scarlett Belle River Boat

Kim Dolan, Mandalay Bay’s top listing and selling Realtor, recently took 80 of her clients & friends on the Scarlett Belle River Boat….this is a experience that everyone should have one time in their life… dancing… Gourmet Food… and mixing and mingling with good friends…
Mrs. Dockside and her guest started off at the commercial dock on the Main Channel which is home to the Scarlett Belle. The Scarlett Belle cruised the outer waters by Hollywood Beach first then continue the cruise through the many Channels in Mandalay Bay, Westport & Seabridge…
Mrs Dockside, aka Kim Dolan, held a drawing and gave center pieces, gift baskets, and lots more away at the end of the cruise…
This is just one of many ways Mrs. Dockside shows her appreciation and long term commitment to her clients who at one time have sold or purchased a Boat Dock Home in Ventura County.
