Located within the marina at Channel Islands Harbor, Mandalay Bay is a community for boat lovers and sea lovers alike. Home to Embassy Suites, one of Ventura County’s most luxurious beach resorts, Mandalay Bay is considered one of Ventura County’s most desirable beach communities in which to live.Mandalay Bay offers an array of detached and attached single family homes with private boat docks. Based on each home’s specific location in the marina, some Mandalay Bay’s homes have boat docks that range anywhere from 40 feet to 126 feet.
